作為粵港澳三地初次聯合承辦的全運會，本屆賽事意義不凡。門票設計歷經數十輪打磨，“躍動”與“逐夢”兩套計劃最終勝出。票面以年夜面積“中國紅”襯著，采用粵港澳配合文明符號“利是封”形態，既強化民生社區室內設計盛典氛圍，更傳遞嶺南人間煙火的溫熱，深化文明認同。
